The combination of Continuous Hot-Dipped Steel Strip Metallic Coating Lines (Continuous Galvanizing Lines) with continuous coil coating sections is an ideal way to reduce the total production cost of commodity type pre-painted steel. Typically these lines will produce building products grade material with a single coat finish paint layer, however double coat painted product is also possible by including a second coating and baking section.
